The best plan to send your PDF invoices
Since January 1, 2021, PDF invoices sent electronically must be signed using a qualified electronic signature.
The PDF Invoice plans allow you to send invoices by email to all your customers who have not yet subscribed to electronic invoicing, in accordance with the legislation in force.
Your membership starts as soon as you complete your registration and subscribe to the plan most convenient for your company.

PDF invoices, according to legislation
The mandatory qualified signature of PDF invoices sent electronically results from Decree-Law no. 28/2019, in force since January 1, 2021.
The plans available aim to facilitate the sending of invoices to customers who have not yet received invoices electronic devices, allowing issuers to completely dematerialize their billing process, through a central shipping point, Saphety Invoice Network.
